{"id":645,"date":"2024-11-19T17:27:42","date_gmt":"2024-11-19T17:27:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dkfw.pl\/?page_id=645"},"modified":"2024-11-19T17:27:49","modified_gmt":"2024-11-19T17:27:49","slug":"grievance-mechanism","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/dkfw.pl\/index.php\/en\/grievance-mechanism\/","title":{"rendered":"GRIEVANCE MECHANISM"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Grievance mechanism is established in the Project to receive and facilitate resolution of various stakeholders\u2019 concerns and grievances about the Project environmental and social performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The mechanism will not impede access to other judicial or administrative remedies that might be available under the law and this grievance mechanism will not be applicable in such situations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Asset Manager is responsible for the administration and monitoring of grievances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grievances can be submitted in the following manners:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; written submission via the Project website (contact form),<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; written submission by mail or e-mail,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; oral submission to the Asset Manager (by phone or personally).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Asset Manager will assess the nature of the grievance and, if necessary, contact the complainant to ensure that the issue is clearly understood. The complainant will be informed within 3 days about the grievance receipt. In case the grievance were not related to Project activities, the complainant will be informed with explanation of the rejection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grievances will be addressed within no more than 30 subsequent days from their receipt.
